Residence in Bordeaux

In Bordeaux (west of France), VINCI Immobilier has entrusted TMSO (VINCI Construction France) with the foundations, earthworks, remediation and shell construction works package for Cap 140, a 175-home complex. Arranged in two blocks (Dupaty and Bacalan), Cap 140 comprises five buildings, with a total surface area of almost 14,000 sq. metres and a communal underground level extending beneath the entire site.
Value of the works for TMSO: €7.6m.
