Rehabilitation of urban roads
The Ministry of Transport, Public Works, Infrastructure and Regional Development has awarded Sogea-Satom (VINCI Construction International Network) the works aimed at improving the accessibility of the towns of Gitega and Ngozi.
9 km of main roads will be rehabilitated in Gitega and 11.25 km of roads in Ngozi, as well as 20 km of rural tracks. The works started in September 2018 and will last six months.
