Rehabilitation of a railway line in the east of France

VINCI Construction Terrassement (leader), VINCI Construction France TP Lyon and Eurovia Franche-Comté Bavilliers, in a joint venture, have won the TOARC (earthworks, engineering structures, restoration of communications) works package of the project to re-open the railway line linking France and Switzerland, between Belfort and Delle. The project involves track bed works and repairing (or rebuilding) the 20 engineering structures on this 19.8 km-long section of line in order to create a single track line, a passing siding and four stops.
