PPP for schools and gymnasiums

In early May 2012, SKE Facility Management (VINCI Facilities, VINCI Energies) signed a public-private partner- ship contract with the local authority in Miesbach, south of Munich, for the design, construction and operation for 25 years of three schools and two gymnasiums. The company will notably be responsible for the technical maintenance, cleaning, and energy management of the buildings. With a total surface area of 28,000 sq. metres, the new facilities will accommodate almost 1,800 pupils as of December 2013.
The total value of this PPP contract is around €89m.
