Operated by Golden Tulip, this establishment will provide 111 rooms on seven floors, as well as meeting rooms, a co-working space and a restaurant. The hotel forms part of a 43,000 sq. metre mixed-use property operation being developed by VINCI Immobilier and ANF Immobilier, comprising offices, hotels and retail space. The works are being supplied on a general contracting basis by GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine (VINCI Construction France). The establishment is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018.
