VINCI Immobilier is starting to market KALEÏ, a mixed-use development in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of Paris that enables future residents to simulate their future consumption and optimise their costs.
A complex project that, given a structural design based on a small number of supports, has required the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) techniques, the KALEÏ development has been designed to accommodate retail units, offices and homes – a mixed-use profile conducive to fostering urban dynamism.
Developed by VINCI Immobilier, a personalised simulator enables purchasers to anticipate, and optimise, the main costs relating to their future property. At the same time, a partnership with the Intent Technologies startup provides an opportunity to benefit from data centralised on the cloud to optimise maintenance and building costs and to better inform residents about them.
