Dam reinforcement for Tricastin power plant

VINCI Construction Terrassement teams were hard at work in October 2017, reinforcing part of a dam located north of the Tricastin nuclear power plant, on the border between the Drôme and Vaucluse departments.

The carrying out of these works was a pre-condition for the nuclear safety authority’s approving bringing the plant’s four reactors back into operation. The project was delivered two days ahead of schedule.
