ZAN : no net landtake
Soil sealing contributes to the collapse of biodiversity and global warming. Faced with the rapid expansion of buildings into natural areas, we must act quickly and now. That is why the Climate and Resilience Law has set a target of no net landtake (ZAN) by 2050. For VINCI Immobilier, this target will be achieved by 2030.
