VINCI signs an agreement with the National Guard to strengthen its support for employee reservists

On 5 October 2026, VINCI signed an agreement with the National Guard to strengthen its support for employees serving in the operational reserve.

This agreement formalises concrete measures designed to facilitate the fulfillment of their reserve duties and marks the culmination of initiatives undertaken over several years within the Group’s companies to support reservists in their civic engagement.

Through this agreement, VINCI reaffirms its commitment to recognising and facilitating the engagement of its employees reservists. In particular, the Group has chosen to go beyond the legal framework by introducing specific measures to support their deployment when called upon.

Supporting the men and women who choose to devote part of their time, skills and energy to serving their country is fully aligned with VINCI’s responsabilities as both a company and an employer, as well as its contribution to addressing major societal challenges.

This approach also forms part of commitment No. 4 of the VINCI Manifesto, “ Together, engage in civic projects ”, and illustrates the Group’s commitment to promoting all forms of engagement that contribute to the public good.
