Redevelopment of Sainte-Anne Prison in Avignon

The 11,000 sq. metre complex will provide 79 homes, grouped around a large central garden. 

The southern part of the building will be devoted to a variety of new functions: a crèche, a youth hostel, a medical centre, a cultural centre, seven retail units, a restaurant/bar and a co-working space. In order to transform this prison into a real living space, the perimeter walls and the entrance gates will be demolished.

The works will start in late 2017; handover will be staggered, through till late 2019.
