Primméa L’EssenCiel project

In January 2018, teams from GTM Hallé (VINCI Construction France) began work on the Primméa L’EssenCiel operation in the TGV Nancy Grand Cœur integrated development zone (east of France).

Being developed by ADIM Est, also a VINCI Construction France subsidiary, this is the biggest Primméa operation launched to date.

The complex comprises 113 flats, split between two 7-storey buildings with two underground levels for parking. Handover is scheduled for late 2019.
