Prestige renovation project

At Versailles (Paris region), Lainé Delau and Degaine (both VINCI Construction France companies) are to completely renovate the Grands Communs building. This historic 17th-century building houses, on 18,000 sq. metres, the scientific and technical departments of the Établissement Public du Château, du Musée et du Domaine National de Versailles. Degaine is charged with restoring the façades, the inner courtyard and all features in stone. Lainé Delau will supply the structural works for the renovation, on a general contracting basis, of the offices.
The works will take 26 months, starting in November 2012. Contract value: €16m.
