Launch of the Stories works
Bateg (VINCI Construction France) has just started work on the Stories business campus, overseen by VINCI Immobilier (delegated project manager), on behalf of AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets (AXA IM – Real Assets).
These works comprise the demolition of a complex of buildings and the construction of a 7-storey office building featuring co-working spaces, restaurants, an auditorium and a car park. In this new complex (floor area: 65,000 sq. metres), in Saint-Ouen, by Paris, there will be a particular focus on places where people can meet, brightness and the outside spaces.
Stories thus exemplifies VINCI Immobilier’s OpenWork approach, with its emphasis on the well-being of users and the performance of the asset.
Handover is scheduled for early 2021.
