Hotel in Guyana

On 30 July 2012, in Cayenne (Guyana), Nofrayane (VINCI Construction) laid the foundation stone for the future Royal Amazonia Hotel & Resort. The company will build this 3-star establishment on a general contracting basis. It will feature 134 rooms, a swimming pool, a spa and a tennis court, as well as conference rooms.
The works will take 19 months. Contract value: €18m, of which €13.8m for Nofrayane.
