Homes and commercial premises in Cambridge

VINCI Construction UK has been awarded the design-build contract for a residential/commercial complex in Cambridge. Designed by architects Frank Shaw Associates, this complex will comprise 134 flats and numerous commercial units.
Contract value: £22m (€27.5m).
