Foundations for Bordeaux stadium

In preparation for the construction of the new stadium in Bordeaux (west of France), as part of the public-private partnership contract awarded to the VINCI Concessions/Fayat consortium, the construction consortium, led by GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine (VINCI Construction France), has entrusted Soletanche Bachy Pieux, a Soletanche Freyssinet subsidiary (VINCI Construction), with the creation of 900 Starsol piles (hollow auger technique). These foundation works, begun in mid-March 2013, will be completed within nine weeks.
