Foundation stone laid for paediatric hospital in Bucharest

The foundation stone for the Victor-Gomoiu paediatric hospital in Bucharest was laid on 21 June 2013. CFE (VINCI Construction) is building the new hospital under a design-build contract. The 19,300 sq. metre facility will have 279 beds and 10 operating theatres. The contract also includes supplying the medical equipment.
Worth €39.3m, the project will be handed over in the course of the first quarter of 2015.
