Finalising the development work at Palm Beach, Cannes

It involved developing 6,000 m² of building shells to create three gourmet restaurants, as well as the changing rooms for the swimming pool and a reception room. The general contracting work was completed over a very short timeframe of just seven months, where one of the biggest challenges was to adapt the staff beams to the elliptical shape of the building, a highly technical feat that called upon the specialist skills of the technical resource department and local operational teams.
