Creating an SNCF works base
Eurovia subsidiaries EJL Île-de-France, the Chelles and Livry (leader) offices and ETF sector Paris-Nord will be working until June 2019 on the development of an SNCF works base at Porte de la Chapelle in Paris.
This will be used, in particular, for transfers between road and rail and receiving and dispatching deliveries by lorry, but also for managing materials recovered from worksites. Together with sub-contractors Cardem Pyro, Flan Terrassement (both Eurovia) and Sdel Rail (VINCI Energies France), the teams are carrying out track, civil engineering and external works as well as electrical, telecommunications and access control works. And, at the same time, several teams from the joint venture have been given two-and-a-half months to create a works base camp at the site.
