Construction of a low-carbon building in Amsterdam

The complex The Ensemble will be built to efficiency standards meeting those required to achieve the BREAAM (Excellent) label. This mixed-use development will comprise two residential towers, providing 592 flats, and 19,000 m² of office space. A high plinth will provide social space, notably accommodating a health centre, a young talent centre and commercial spaces. Launching in Q1 2022, the project is due for completion in Q2 2025.
