Building a new HQ for news channel Mayotte 1ère
In Mayotte, France Télévisions has just awarded SMTPC (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) the construction, on a general contracting basis, of the new headquarters of news channel Mayotte 1ère.
Located in the Soleil Levant integrated development zone, in the commune of Mamoudzou, the three-storey building will house the administrative offices and the radio and television activities of Mayotte 1ère. Launched in May 2017, the works will take 18 months.
Value of the operation: €9.6m.
