Building homes in Guiana

On behalf of Simko (Société Immobilière de Kourou), Nofrayane (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom), in a joint venture with Hippo Bat, has just begun building 193 homes and various facilities (exhibition hall, shops, a youth centre) in order to re-house residents from a district of Cayenne, Mont Baduel, where there is a risk of landslides.

Handover is scheduled for October 2018. Six cranes will be operating simultaneously at the site.
