New toll collection system in Texas

The NTTA (North Texas Tollway Authority) has awarded TollPlus (VINCI Highways/VINCI Concessions) a contract for the design, installation and maintenance for a period of about nine years of its new back-office system for collecting tolls.

Each day, this system will process 6 million toll transactions based on transponders and registration plates, thus doubling the volume of daily transactions currently processed.
