Inauguration of Plaza Shell in Malaysia

Created on a design-build basis by VINCI Construction Grands Projets in Kota Kinabalu (island of Borneo/Malaysia), Plaza Shell was opened on 13 November 2015 after 28 months of works. With a surface area of 70,000 sq. metres, the structure comprises a ten-storey office tower, three storeys of retail space and a four-level car park. Facilities include several restaurants, a bank and Honda and Hap Seng Star-Mercedes-Benz offices and showrooms.
