Building student accommodation

VINCI Construction UK has been awarded a design-build contract by Viridis Properties for two student housing complexes in the Capital Quarter neighbourhood of the city centre of Cardiff, in the south of Wales. The two buildings will provide a total of 544 independent rooms and will be delivered in autumn 2017. Other developments planned for this neighbourhood include the construction, on an area of more than three hectares, of new hotels, offices and university halls of residence.
