VINCI acquires Mentor, a company specialising in supporting oil and gas infrastructure operators

VINCI Energies has finalised the acquisition of Mentor IMC Group Limited, a global oil and gas project resource specialist.

Headquartered in London, Mentor generates annual consolidated revenue of £60 million, mainly in Australia, North America and South-East Asia.

This acquisition broadens the customer base of VINCI Energies’ oil and gas business in countries with strong growth potential.

With 64,000 employees and 2012 revenue of €9 billion, VINCI Energies is a European market leader in energy and information technology services. It also operates outside Europe, working on major projects and providing specialist services.
