Back in 1995, VINCI set up a company savings plan, Castor, matched with an attractive employer contribution policy.
Over the years, this system which allows as many employees as possible to benefit from the Group's performance, has seen very wide take-up. Initially confined to France, this employee savings scheme has been rolled out in the rest of the world, wherever the legal framework of the different countries in which the Group is present permits.
It is supplemented by Archimède, a collective retirement savings scheme (Perco) and Reverso, a supplemental retirement savings scheme.
