VINCI Immobilier creates Bikube, a subsidiary to operate co-living spaces

In response to the evolving lifestyles of the younger generations and communities, VINCI Immobilier has just launched its own co-living brand, Bikube, based on sharing and flexibility.

This offers a new living experience, with a café and coworking spaces open to the public on the ground floor, private accommodation and shared spaces (kitchens, sitting rooms) on the upper floors and a rooftop, as well as numerous services (fitness rooms, parcel service, etc.).

Projects of this type are in the planning stage in several large French and European cities, with the first Bikube residences likely to appear within the next two years.
