VINCI Autoroutes partners with the Covid-19 Barometer on behaviour in France
28 April 2020 - All committed! - France
VINCI Autoroutes has teamed up with market research institute Ipsos on the Datacovid initiative. The initiative’s goal is to supply new, anonymous open data to scientists and public and private organisations, in order to track behaviour in France and its impact on the epidemic’s dynamics over time.
This extensive 5,000-respondent weekly survey, conducted under the aegis of an expert committee, is designed to gather as much information as possible about the ways in which the epidemic is affecting people in France. The topics include whether respondents experienced symptoms of infection, the percentage of respondents who sought medical advice and the percentage that tested positive, respondents’ ability to comply with lockdown rules and barrier measures, and at-risk population groups. The first survey wave also explored the extent to which people would agree to their personal data being used in efforts to contain the epidemic.
