Village Saint-Paul rehabilitation in Paris

GTM Bâtiment (VINCI Construction France) is to carry out the rehabilitation works in the Village Saint-Paul area, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, for the housing agency of the City of Paris (RIVP).

This rehabilitation project, initiated by the RIVP and the municipality, aims to renovate the area’s various buildings and town houses as part of the city’s Climate Plan. The area comprises 243 homes and 90 commercial premises, divided between 27 buildings.

During the works, all homes will remain occupied and the commercial premises will continue operating.
