Team efforts on construction projects in Guadeloupe

Dodin Guadeloupe (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) has just completed the construction, on a general contracting basis, of the new headquarters of the Department for the Environment, Development and Housing in Saint-Phy, in the south of Basse-Terre.

In creating this complex of offices and car parks, the company relied on the complementary skills of Group companies present on the island: Getelec TP (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) for the external works, and two VINCI Energies France business units, Eger and Tunzini, in charge, respectively, of the electrical and the plumbing and air conditioning works packages.

In addition, as leader of two joint ventures, Dodin Guadeloupe is currently building 120 social housing units for rent in Le Lamentin, in the north of Basse-Terre and 61 homes of the same type in Le Gosier, to the south-east of Pointe-à-Pitre. Both projects are scheduled for handover in 2017.
