SmartHab for the homes of tomorrow

On 9 October 2017, VINCI Immobilier announced it had taken a stake in the capital of SmartHab, a specialist in smart and connected housing solutions.

Created in 2017, SmartHab offers a complete solution enabling the incorporation within residential buildings, as of their construction, of a whole range of connected objects meeting many of the residents’ needs: security, energy, well-being, control of energy consumption.

This connected and intuitively-designed solution is ready for use as soon as occupants move into their homes.

With the acquisition of this stake, VINCI Immobilier is strengthening an already-existing partnership with this start-up in respect of several ongoing operations, and confirming its open and innovative approach to the provision of new solutions for the homes of tomorrow.
