Warbud (VINCI Construction International Network) has just been appointed by Karimpol Polska to build the Skyliner office building in the centre of Warsaw.

The bar, 165 m above ground level, will offer a panoramic view over the city. The car park will be able to accommodate 428 vehicles as well as 500 bikes and will offer changing booths for cyclists.

Designed by architects APA Wojciechowski, the tower aims to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
