Simultaneous displacement of three structures

Within the framework of the project to ensure the hydraulic transparency of the Arles-Tarascon railway embankment, from 6-8 August 2019, over a period of 55 hours, the joint venture composed of GTM Sud (VINCI Construction France), leader, VINCI Construction Terrassement and ESAF (Entreprise Spécialisée en Activités Ferroviaires) moved three structures simultaneously; 180 people, including supervisory staff, and 75 machines were involved.

Carried out on behalf of SNCF Réseau, this operation was part of a series of ten such displacements, two of which were already completed in spring.
