Signature of the final contracts for the Meliã Hotel in Roissy

VINCI Immobilier has signed the final agreements with the ADP Group and Meliá Hotels International to develop the four-star Innside by Meliá Hotel at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The contract includes a leasehold agreement, a property development contract and an off-plan lease agreement. Located in the western part of the Roissypole business district immediately adjacent to the terminals, the 11,400 m² hotel, which was designed by the SCAU architectural firm, will offer 267 rooms, including 12 suites decorated by interior designer Jean-Philippe Nuel.

It will have a bar-restaurant opening onto a landscaped terrace, a fitness centre, a conference room and seminar rooms as well as 65 parking spaces.

Construction, awarded to Bateg (VINCI Construction France), has just got under way. The hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.
