In the south of France, VINCI Immobilier has started marketing the first homes of the new Nice Le Ray programme, which it has developed in a joint venture with Adim Côte d’Azur (VINCI Construction France).

Comprising 10 buildings and 303 homes, 86 of them social housing units, this new residential complex – built by Dumez Côte d’Azur (VINCI Construction France) – will ensure urban diversity in the midst of a 3-hectare park. It has achieved NF Habitat certification and the BiodiverCity label, the first international label to take biodiversity into account on new-build and renovation construction projects.
