On 13 October, Sihanoukville airport (Cambodia Airports/VINCI Airports) held a religious ceremony in keeping with local tradition to mark the end of the project to upgrade its runway.

The work, which began in July 2018 and was carried out by a consortium made up of VINCI Construction Terrassement (lead company), Menard (Soletanche Freyssinet/VINCI Construction) and the local company Muhibbah Masteron Cambodia, involved in particular reinforcing the runway and extending it by 800 m.
Elsewhere, on 14 October, Toulon Hyères airport (VINCI Airports/VINCI Concessions) invited Xavier Huillard, VINCI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Nicolas Notebaert, Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Concessions and President of VINCI Airports, to celebrate the end of the project to renovate its runways, which for a 12-month period mobilised the Eurovia Toulon agency (lead company), TP Spada (Eurovia) and Degreane (VINCI Energies).
These two projects required full mobilisation from the teams involved, both from the operator and the construction consortia, and were delivered on schedule.
