Rehabilitation of a bridge at Orly

The joint venture composed of Chantiers Modernes Construction (VINCI Construction France), leader, Freyssinet (VINCI Construction), Eurovia and Soleffi TS, with the support of Artelia Ville et Transports, is to design and implement works to rehabilitate and reinforce bridge No. 2 at Orly Airport. These will enable large aircraft to use the bridge.

This project, extremely technical and on which the scheduling of the works will have to take into account the airport, road and rail (tramway) interfaces, will involve the structural reinforcement of the bridge and its technical areas, a general overhaul of the structure’s watertightness and the installation of transition slabs to the east and west of the bridge.
