Redevelopment of a building for La Poste in Paris

A joint venture composed of Sicra (leader) and CBC, both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries, has been selected by Poste Immo to redevelop an office block in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. This building – five storeys above an underground level; total surface area: 11,944 sq. metres - will include a post office on the ground floor and will have HEQ Exceptional, BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold certification. The works started on 4 January and will take 18 months.
