In line with its approach favouring innovation and sustainable development, VINCI Immobilier has been collaborating for several months now with a young start-up, HABX, winner of the Reinventing Paris competition in 2016.

A digital platform at the crossroads between property and the digital world, HABX puts purchasers at the heart of the designing of their future home.

On a dedicated internet site, future occupants can configure their own home – size, exposition, floor, function, number of rooms, layout – before the building permit is applied for.

VINCI Immobilier is currently collaborating with HABX on three programmes: in Massy-Vilgénis, in the Paris region, for the customization of 25 flats within a residential complex; in Paris (18th arrondissement) for the marketing of eight flats and a detached house; and in Toulouse for a complex of detached houses and a 3-storey block of flats.
