Operation KOSMO: Redevelopment of a property complex

Petit, a VINCI Construction France subsidiary, has been appointed to implement, on a general contracting basis, and after site clearance and asbestos removal, the Kosmo project in Neuilly-sur-Seine, by Paris.

The project involves redeveloping a complex located across from the Paris-La Défense business neighbourhood and comprising a high-rise building above six underground levels. Headed by Altarea Cogedim Entreprise and Ateliers 2/3/4 Architecture, this redevelopment will transform the existing building into a campus made up of two office buildings providing a usable floor space of 25,000 sq. metres. The project is being developed using Building Information Modeling (BIM). The aim is to achieve the environmental labels HQETM Renovation Excellent, BREEAM® Excellent and BBC-Effinergie® Renovation.
