Off-plan sale of the Le Belvédère Building in La Défense

On 1 February 2017, VINCI Immobilier announced that an off-plan sale of the Le Belvédère Building, located in Puteaux, in the La Défense neighbourhood by Paris, had been agreed with AG2R La Mondiale.

Erected in 1997, the building will undergo a major redevelopment, designed by Axel Schœnert Architectes. To be opened in summer 2018, it will provide 18,000 sq. metres of office space and boast a landscaped roof terrace.

  Le Belvédère will be the first building in La Défense to offer the ‘Open Work’ concept, developed by VINCI Immobilier – a new solution for office space reflecting changes in the way workspaces are used. The redeveloped building has high aims as regards certification and labels: HEQ Renovation ‘Exceptional’, BREEAM International RFO ‘Excellent’ and WELL Core & Shell.

  The works will be carried out by several VINCI's subsidiaries.
