New tower in the centre of Warsaw

In January 2018, Warbud (VINCI Construction International Network) signed a contract with HB Reavis Construction PL for the structure, in reinforced concrete, of the Varso Tower, in the centre of Warsaw (Poland).

This 110,000 sq. metre building, designed by architects Foster + Partners, will be the tallest in the European Union, with 50 storeys and a total height of 310 m (including an 80 m mast). Its four underground levels will connect with the central station and accommodate the car parks and technical premises as well as a retail and services zone. Warbud will also be responsible for the construction of Varso 1 (21 levels), another building close to the tower. The entire project aims to achieve BREEAM “Outstanding” certification.
