Its four underground levels will connect with the central station and accommodate the car parks and technical premises as well as a retail and services zone. Warbud will also be responsible for the construction of Varso 1 (21 levels), another building close to the tower. The entire project aims to achieve BREEAM “Outstanding” certification.
