New residential programme at a historic site in Upper Savoy

Following a competition launched by Danone and the SNCF, VINCI Immobilier, co-developer along with Adim Lyon (VINCI Construction France), laid the foundation stone for Living Leman, a new programme being implemented at the site where Évian-les-Bains mineral waters were once bottled.

Being built by the Giletto joint venture and Campenon Bernard Dauphiné Ardèche (VINCI Construction France), this development, comprising four buildings (116 homes, including 41 social housing units) and 165 parking spaces, will retain the main part of the historic bottling plants and will comply with the new thermal regulation RT 2012.

Handover is scheduled for Q3 2019.
