New hotels and homes in a mixed-use programme

As part of the Poste Weiss urban renewal programme – a mixed-use development aimed at contributing to the economic expansion of Saint-Étienne –, VINCI Immobilier, co-developer along with the Cardinal Group, has just handed over 2 hotels and 49 homes.

Their design, by Emmanuel Combarel Dominique Marrec Architectes, is in keeping with the contemporary spirit and colours of the Châteaucreux railway station, which adjoins the complex.

The works started in 2016 and the programme’s remaining handovers will extend through into 2020.
