New eco-neighbourhood in the Paris region

A joint venture led by VINCI Immobilier has been awarded, by EPAMARNE (Marne-la-Vallée public development authority), the “Live differently – the Sycomore Eco-neighbourhood” project, located in Bussy-Saint-Georges, in the Seine-et-Marne department.

Comprising VINCI Immobilier, Quartus Résidentiel, Legendre Immobilier and Groupe Valophis, the partnership was formed for the purpose of co-building an urban project reflecting the new life and living styles.

This project will involve the development and construction of 460 homes (including 115 social housing units) and 4,000 sq. metres of retail space in the Sycomore eco-neighbourhood, which aims to set an example as regards its design and the facilities and services available to its future residents (over 50% of the project to be of timber construction, availability of a diverse range of homes, facilities for electric cars, a neighbourhood mutual support and sharing network...).

The building permit applications will be submitted in summer 2018.
