New buildings in wood and concrete in Bordeaux

Adim Nouvelle-Aquitaine (VINCI Construction France) is to develop a new property programme in the Euratlantique neighbourhood of Bordeaux; construction work should start in late 2020.

It will comprise two 9-storey buildings, providing a surface area of 20,000 m2 which will be occupied mainly by offices. The structure in wood and the concrete façades will be supplied, respectively, by Arbonis and GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine (both VINCI Construction France). A 104-space underground car park, 2,760 m2 of retail space and a restaurant will also add to the attractiveness of the neighbourhood.
