Natitingou-Boukoumbé road

Sogea-Satom (VINCI Construction International Network) is currently rehabilitating national highway 3 between Natitingou and Boukoumbé, in the north-west of the country.

A 60 km-long section passing through mountainous terrain is being developed and asphalted. Its present poor condition makes it dangerous for drivers, but once refurbished it will open up this region which has considerable tourism potential.

The works began in July 2017 and will last 30 months. They include improvement works, the construction of a 65 m-long bridge, asphalting works and rock stabilisation operations to considerable heights.
