The project is being developed by Adim Est and the works, to be undertaken on an occupied site by GTM Hallé (both VINCI Construction France), will involve extending and technically improving the indoor stage – in order to accommodate more than 8,000 eople indoors as against 5,800 currently –, a general renovation (thermal and acoustic) of the auditorium and entrance hall, the redevelopment of the outdoor amphitheatre (capacity: 25,000 people) and the renovation of the outside spaces.

The works should start in July 2019, with handover planned for June 2020.
