Launch of Horizon Energy, the energy-producing glazed façade

On 11 May 2017, VINCI Construction and Sunpartner Technologies announced the launch of Horizon Energy, a photovoltaic curtain wall forming part of the façades of buildings to produce energy.

Encouraged by the new thermal regulations favouring the development of zero and positive energy buildings, Horizon Energy meets the needs of the building of the future, being both energy-producing and connected.

It offers an appropriate solution for architects, building owners and project managers seeking an aesthetic, creative and efficient system that will contribute to achieving ambitious energy performance objectives.

Horizon Energy is the second product to emerge from the joint venture formed by VINCI Construction and Sunpartner Technologies; it follows on from Horizon, the opacifying, autonomous and connected window.
